2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide solely to respond to your inquiry, schedule and confirm appointments, and send you relevant follow-up communications related to your engagement with SemaniGroup. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Cookies & Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect anonymized usage data. You can opt out by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

4. Data Retention

Contact form submissions are retained in email for a maximum of 2 years or until you request deletion, whichever comes first. Calendar booking data is governed by Google's data retention policies.

This site is served over HTTPS. Contact form data is transmitted securely and processed server-side. We do not store payment card data — all payments are processed by Stripe, which maintains PCI DSS compliance.
