SemaniGroup provides AI strategy and software consulting services as described on this website and in individual engagement agreements. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined at the start of each engagement.
Starter sessions are paid in full via Stripe Checkout at the time of booking. Sessions are non-refundable once the session has occurred. If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are forfeited.
Larger engagements are governed by a separate Statement of Work (SOW) signed by both parties before work begins. Payment terms, deliverables, and cancellation provisions are specified in the SOW. In the absence of a signed SOW, no work will commence.
All prices are in US dollars. Stripe Checkout is used for Starter session payments. Invoices for other engagements are due within 14 days of issuance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly fee.
SemaniGroup treats all client information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without your consent, except as required by law. Clients are encouraged to request a mutual NDA for sensitive engagements.
Upon receipt of full payment, clients own the specific deliverables produced for their engagement. SemaniGroup retains the right to use general methodologies, frameworks, and non-client-specific knowledge developed during engagements.
SemaniGroup's liability for any claim arising from services provided shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific engagement in question. SemaniGroup is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [State — update before launch], without regard to conflict of law provisions.
We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
